We use a variety of shipping carriers to make sure we deliver your order as soon as possible.
If you order multiple items, you may get multiple deliveries. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email for each shipment.
Custom orders arrive in 3-4 weeks—standard and expedited shipping times do not apply.
Shipping fees are not refundable unless you receive an incorrect item.

What’s the difference between 5 inch and Classic?
Answer:
Our 5-inch shorts are a slimmer, tighter, and shorter cut than our Classic length. The fit and overall style remain the same, the primary difference is the inseam length.

How do I know if an item is a custom item?
Answer:
Custom items are products created specifically for an organization, team, school, or event. These items are not part of our regular collection.
You can usually access them through:
  • A direct link provided by the organization
  • The “Custom & Fundraisers” section on our website

How long does it take for personalized shorts to arrive?
Answer:
We love that you’re adding your personal touch to Flow Society gear—customization is what makes your style truly yours.
Because personalized items are made just for you, production and processing can take up to two weeks before shipping. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

How do I know if my order has shipped?
Answer:
As soon as your shipping label is created, you’ll receive an email notification with your tracking details.
You can also check the status of your order anytime by:
  1. Logging into your account
  2. Clicking “Profile”
  3. Selecting “Orders”
  4. Clicking the order you'd like to track
Once shipped, the order will show as Shipped, along with the tracking number and shipping carrier.

If an item is out of stock, how will I know when it's back?
Answer:
We don’t have a fixed restock schedule. We restock items as soon as inventory becomes available.
To stay updated:
  • Select your size on the product page
  • Click “Notify Me When Available”
You’ll receive an email as soon as the item is back in stock.

How do I choose the right size?

What is your return and exchange policy?
Answer:
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be:
  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Undamaged
  • With original tags attached
Items must also be returned in their original condition.
Please note:
  • Custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
We process orders as quickly as possible, but holiday periods and major sales events may cause slight shipping delays.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, as long as your order has not yet shipped, we can help update the size or make changes.
Please note:
  • Personalized or custom items cannot be adjusted after 24 hours from the time the order is placed, since production may already begin.
If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible.

How do I create a custom design with you?

What shipping carriers do you use?
Answer:
We ship orders using USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used for your order will be displayed next to your tracking details once your order has shipped.

What if my package is lost or marked as delivered but I didn’t receive it?
Answer:
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t locate your package, we recommend first:
  • Checking around your delivery area (porch, mailbox, building office, etc.)
  • Asking neighbors or household members if they accepted the package
  • Waiting 48 hours, as some carriers mark packages as delivered slightly before they arrive

Why hasn’t my tracking updated?
Answer:
Tracking updates can sometimes take 24–48 hours to appear after your shipping label has been created.
In some cases, carriers may not scan the package until it reaches the next sorting facility, which can make it seem like the tracking hasn't moved.
If your tracking has not updated for more than 4 business days, feel free to reach out to our support team and we’ll be happy to look into it for you.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Orders over $75 qualify for free shipping.
Please note that this threshold may change from time to time during promotions or special events, but the current free shipping offer will always be displayed on the banner at the top of our website.
If your order does not meet the free shipping threshold, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
